Supasend: Our Lead Distribution Platform

During a major industry shift around 1:1 consent for lead generators, we built our own platform to distribute leads to our buyers in a compliant, scalable way—and rolled it out from February through April 2025. Supasend is now the lifeblood of selling leads for our business.

The backdrop: 1:1 consent and industry change

In late 2023, a new ruling was announced requiring 1:1 consent for lead generators: we had to present the specific company that would call the consumer. It was a disruptive change for the industry.

In 2024 we were using a SaaS to help us distribute leads to our buyers. In late 2024, we were given access to the 1:1 solution provided by that SaaS company—but the solution was far too complicated for the Astrafuse team to take on with the number of buyers we were integrated to distribute leads to. Around the same time, we decided to build our own lead distribution platform to help us comply with the new ruling. We started building Supasend.

In 2025 we went live with Supasend and rolled out the new platform from February 2025 through April 2025. The FTC ruling was later vacated for 1:1, but so much R&D had already gone into the project that we committed to the solution. Supasend is now the lifeblood of selling leads for our business.

What we built

Supasend is our internal lead distribution platform. It lets us match each lead with the right buyer, present the specific company to the consumer for 1:1 consent where required, and deliver leads in real time at the volume we need—without depending on a one-size-fits-all vendor solution that didn’t fit our buyer count or workflow.

  • Compliance-ready 1:1 consent flow (specific company disclosed to the consumer)
  • Scaled to our full buyer network and integration set
  • Real-time lead routing and delivery
  • Single platform we control instead of a complex third-party 1:1 module

Wins

  • We accept and distribute thousands of leads per month.
  • We reduced our overhead by managing our own infrastructure and code.
  • We have more visibility into backend data to understand constraints.
  • We integrate with buyers 2x faster than with other systems we’ve used.
  • We have more flexibility for distributing data securely to our data warehouse for cold storage—keeping us compliant and giving us performance visibility.
  • We track buyer demand with provided zips and real-time data from our ad campaigns (zip sorting).
  • It integrates with Everflow to help us track performance by partner and campaign.
  • It integrates with Slack to notify us of alerts.
  • It monitors buyer rejections and notifies us of delivery issues.

Integrations

We’ve successfully integrated with buyers who use Lead Prosper, Leadspedia, Phonexa, Leadbyte, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and many proprietary CMS and lead systems. Some buyers receive leads by email from us—they keep it simple.

On our side, Supasend connects to Everflow (performance by partner/campaign) and Slack (alerts and delivery notifications).
