Problem

Post-meeting outreach was inconsistent. Attendee information wasn't being captured, and follow-up messages were generic or didn't happen at all.

System Built

Created a Google Calendar trigger that detects new meetings and extracts attendee information. Enrichment layer pulls LinkedIn profiles and company data. AI generates personalized connection messages based on meeting context, then queues them for automated delivery via LinkedIn.

Multi-Source CRM Unification

A multi-location service business had lead data scattered across Meta ads, DMs, booking systems, forms, and legacy spreadsheets.

During the 2023–2025 shift to 1:1 consent for lead generators, we built our own platform and rolled it out Feb–Apr 2025. Supasend is now the lifeblood of selling leads for our business—thousands of leads per month, 2x faster buyer integrations, lower overhead.

What we did

The vendor 1:1 solution was too complex for our buyer count. We built Supasend for compliance, real-time routing, Everflow/Slack integrations, zip sorting, and secure cold storage. Integrates with Lead Prosper, Leadspedia, Phonexa, Leadbyte, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and proprietary systems.
