What does Astrafuse do?
We build and operate marketing systems for home services companies. Our five products cover lead generation (Ignite), pay-per-call (Connect), AI phone agents (Sentry), reputation and presence management (Shield), and custom automation (Forge).
What industries do you work with?
Solar, roofing, gutters, windows, bathroom remodels, water filtration, and real estate. Our lead generation and call products are focused on home services. Forge (custom automation) works across any industry.
Where are you based?
Headquartered in Austin, Texas with team members across the US and UK. We work with clients nationally. If you're in the Greater Austin area, we also offer in-person collaboration.
Ignite (Lead Generation)
How do you generate leads?
We run Facebook advertising campaigns, build custom landing pages, and optimize funnels to generate form-fill leads. Leads are delivered to your CRM in real time through our Supasend platform.
Are the leads exclusive?
It depends on your setup. We offer exclusive and shared lead options. Exclusive leads go to one buyer only. We'll discuss the right model for your business during onboarding.
What does a lead cost?
Lead pricing varies by vertical, geography, and exclusivity. Schedule a call and we'll give you specific pricing for your market.
Connect (Pay-Per-Call)
What are "owned and operated" brands?
We run our own websites (emberhomepros.com, lousbathroom.com, and verve.solar) where we advertise directly to homeowners. When they call, the call routes to your team. We control the entire funnel from ad to phone call.
What counts as a qualified call?
We define qualification criteria with you upfront: service area, job type, call duration, and intent. If a call doesn't meet the criteria, you don't pay for it.
Sentry (AI Phone Agent)
Does Sentry replace my receptionist?
Sentry can work as a full replacement or as overflow. Many clients use Sentry for after-hours and weekends, then hand off to their team during business hours. You decide the routing rules.
Can I customize what Sentry says?
Yes. We work with you to define the script, qualification questions, and tone. Sentry sounds like a trained member of your team, not a generic robot.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are live within a week. We handle the configuration, script writing, and CRM integration. You approve the script and we flip the switch.
What happens when Sentry can't handle a call?
Sentry knows when to escalate. If a caller needs a human, Sentry transfers the call to your team with full context: who called, what they need, and what was discussed.
Shield (Reputation & Presence)
How does review gating work?
After a job is completed, we send an automated review request. If the customer is happy, they're directed to leave a Google review. If they're not, the feedback comes to you first, giving you a chance to resolve it before it goes public.
Do I need Shield before running ads?
It's not required, but it helps. A strong Google profile, good reviews, and proper compliance pages make your ads more effective. Homeowners check reviews before they call.
Forge (Custom Automation)
What tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic. We build on Zapier, Make, n8n, HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others. Whatever combination delivers the best result for your workflow.
How long does a Forge project take?
Most projects are scoped, built, and deployed in 2 to 4 weeks. Complex multi-system integrations may take longer. We'll give you a timeline during the discovery call.
Do I own the automation after it's built?
Yes. Everything we build is documented, handed off, and yours to run. We're available for ongoing support if you need it, but you're not locked in.
